Book 1- Journey with the Princess of the East characters
Leonli (Li)- pronounced (Lonely),- He is the main character of the series, and along with Tsuna is the protagonist of the story. Leonli is a simple blacksmith that works in the town of Grisson with his adopted mother Mirriam and his adopted sister Kerrin. His Imagitech's are based around light.
Kerrin – Biological cousin of Leonli Sycamor, and grew up as his sister. She has romantic feelings for him. She has her own Imagient powers which are mostly involving darkness and shadows.
Lysander Sycamor- Leonli's father the last Sycamor Imagient King. He was corrupt, but powerful Imagient.
Mirriam Sheriden One of the Sheridan sisters who supported the Sycamor dynasty and she is also the leader of the group of Brotherhood of Brotherton members in Grisson. Her Imagient abilities are mostly focused around electricity.
Tsuna Liang – A princess from the Omi Islands, she does not like to be a princess, but wants to be a hero instead. She is half-Imagient, but is very powerful using the ability to control the molecule of H20. Her Imaginary is a river dragon named Zhuge Li.
Arcadia Hanuck- Anna's sister who died protecting Leonli and died in her arms. She also was an electricity based Imagient.
Lord Ivan Lung- The ill lord of Grisson fief.
Bartholomew Lung- son of Lord Ivan Lung who hoped to use a demon's power to save his father, but ended up being used by the demon. He has the power of flames.
Tyvan Brotherton – A Brotherhood member who is friends with Liam and has a crush on Kerrin. He has abilities to teleport.
Tetra – An Imagient with the power to nullify certain Imagitechs that she touches. She can make an aura that does this as well. She is a low ranking member of the Brotherhood and is Paul's daughter-in-law. Emits a fog that can nullify only imagitechs, does not work against magic.
Pol -Imagient of the Brotherhood who is a glass maker. He is Allen's father and has the ability to touch the ground and take on the qualities.
Allen Former owner of the blacksmith that Liam works with. He was killed fighting in the Omi-Cyph war.
William Vilheim Cyph Erik Van Cyph's bastard child, and is not in the succession plans. He is a general of the interior and mostly deals with internal problems in the Cyph kingdom. He has the ability to manipulate time, he also communicates with wolves. His wolves are Jakon, Kobl, Wyntir, Graiy, and Darq, and Silver who serve Fenrir
Fierro Pheonix Son of a powerful religious family in eastern Cyph. He was once an inquisitor, but an event in his past made him serve Billy Cyph instead. He controls flames and fire, heat, and pressure.
Erik Van Cyph – Traitorous lord to the the late Lyander Sycamor. He plans to keep the Imagience divided so that Lucifer won't need to interfere with Imagient forces. He has the ability to make copies of himself, and can also manipulate time.
Richard Cyph Youngest son of Erik Van Cyph. He can summon swords at his command and also has quick reflexes. He does not slow or stop time, but can accelerate it for brief period and he also has super fast speed. Known as the Speed Demon King. His Imaginary is his horse Noblisse.
Lawrence Cyph – Brother of Erik Van Cyph, he is the one who raised Billy as his own child because he loved the same consort that Erik did. Lawrence's Imagitech's mostly slow and stop time. He also has the ability to control ice and fire indirectly through his manipulation of heat.
Zaynar Cyph- Erik Van Cyph's oldest son, he is lazy and does not fight instead he sits and does what normal aristocrats do. He does not like Billy as he sees him as both inferior and himself as superior. His Imagitech's allow him to make a spacial vacuum and suck things in.
Pairn Vaaik- A guard from the Southeast Kelly Occupied zone. In Princess of the East he is a guard who help's capture the Brotherhood members. In the third book he is sent to Southeast Kelly to both protect his people but make sure that the forces there stop revolting. He is not an Imagient, but a mage. Most of his magical skill are status affecting and binding spells.
Jordathan Ellington (The Blue Inquisitor) An inquisitor who wears blue garb. He and Gabin are friends. Jordathan has two main Imagitechs that he uses, one allows him to create doppelgangers of himself, and the other allows him to force any enemy back like a force barrier. He also has the ability to shoot sonic energy blasts out of his hands. Jordathan is shown to be proficient with a slew of ranged weapons and melee weapons.
Gabin Sheriden (The Bound One) – An adopted orphan who became a member of the Brotherhood and then turned traitor when Lyander sycamor locked him up for being unstable. He now fights for the Cyphic inquisition, but is not religious. Gabin does not wield weapons, but has an Imagient Tech that allows him to be a master at close quarters combat, allowing him to predict moves of his enemies.
Tiget Puck- The son of a wealthy retired lord in western Cyph. Tiget does not agree with his father's views and joins up with Billy Cyph as a sort of rebellion. He is Billy's tactical aid, and is Billy considers him his right hand man referring to him as his sword. Tiget's Imagitech abilities are mostly the ability to maniplate temperature and weather and the terrain in his favor.
Alyrik Puck- Lord of Pucketville, and father of Tiget Puck. He is a retired soldier who became wealthy as a mercenarie. He then later sold his mercenary band so he could serve Erik Van Cyph. He later became a lord on the border and as a solitary leader remains in his castle. He does not like William Wilheim Cyph, as he does not think he is a worthy heir of Erik. He does not approve of his son's loyalty to William.
Grant Ordan- lord of Kertian
Florance Gideon – captain of the 45th Interior Cyphic company based in Kertian He assists in the capture of the Omi princess and her friends. He later appears as an alley of William Cyph during the Civil War despite the fact that Grant Ordan his lord supports Zaynar.
Fait Reis A princess of Zulgan fief. She is an artist in her spare time. She works on novels, but also paints. She has an entourage of assistants: David Wright, Sara Wallace, Ariel Vance, and Selene Serene. Her Imagientech is that of illusions. She is a rebellious princess like Tsuna, but is more lady like and still likes being a princess. She is known as Leonardo Vasputin as a pen name.
Toshifune Liang- Tsuna's brother and the second strongest sword fighter in the Imagience. He uses wind and lightning based Imagitechs.
Mikel Reis Fain Reis's brother and one of the strongest sword fighters in the Imagience.
Andii Arsak A brotherhood member who uses sling, and has a hidden crossbow. He also has void daggers. Andrew's abilities as a half Imagient include his ability to make explosions by creating friction between objects and shooting them out. He also as the ability to create rail gun that can not only melt anything, it can travel really fast, although this uses a lot of energy. He feels betrayed by Tyvan and eventually becomes an underling of the Cyphic. However it is a ruse, to allow the cyphic to become divided and have a man on the inside so that Liam can have an ally. Although he does not know that Leonli is the Sycamor heir until book 3.
Melvar Ansan A Brotherhood member using gauntlet axes. Melvar is a lycanthrope and can transform into a weretiger. In addition, his Imagitechs include him going into a destructive rage that gives him increased power and agility. This can be used in his lycanthrope form. Melvar also has the ability to see through illusions and has a high resistance to spells, although this is not an immunity. He is a half-Imagient.

Amy Sheriden Polluf Wife of Daniel Sherdian Polluf, Polluf is her Maiden name, but uses it to protect her husband so he does not get known as a Sheridan. She is Kerrin's biological mother, and aunt of Leonli. She like Daniel is a member of the Brotherhood of Brotherton, which is where her and Daniel met. She is a strong willed woman. Like Daniel and the Reis family she is one of the ruler's of Tomas Port. Although her sister married into the Reis family, her sister is Celona Reis she supports the Reis and Sheridan ways of life equally.
Daniel Sheriden Polluf Youngest of the Sheridan children, and brother to Anna, Arcadia, adopted brother Gabin. He has the power to control darkness, shadows, and ravens.
Niklas la Port aka Saint Knight aka Paladin of Light a lightwalker paladin who is actually a prince who was shamed in life due to rebelling against his family wishes and joining a lightwalker order. He is known as Niklas Saint Knight Paladin of Light. He is the guardian of Fait Rein and Mikel. He latter becomes Fait's lover.
Torin Sheras a Kasite merchant who was barred from the northern country for selling information to the Cyphic. The Cyphic themselves considered him a mole and barred him from trade in the city. He eventually meets Tsuna's group at the enterance to Tomvan. He himself needs an alibi and allies so he can cross the border so his meet-up with Tsuna and friends is a good omen for him. He flees the Cyphic police and soldiers during the battle of Tomvan and hides in the city.
Ziya Zheng- Commander of the Omi Imperial Fleets stationed at Nesson, she is also a colleague of Saitoshi Omi. She was previously a pirate who fought against the Liang family, but after her capture and eventual privateer trade that she excelled in she became an Omi asset.
Yoon-Sin-Sun – Second in command of the Omi Imperial Fleet station at Nesson/Andersona. Yoon was the daughter of the famous Ryukyo admiral Kim-Sin-Sun
Gao Yunsen- Lord and an ex-Omi General of Nesson/Andersona. Gao was one of the Andersona Omiese diaspora to support the Omi invasion, he killed his father, and his mother who fought against him. Gao himself is loyal to Saitoshi Omi, and not to the Empire. He also is an excellent musician who plays the biwa. In addition he is an Imagient who can melt walls with his lazer eyes.
